We’re going to Locarno!

I am very proud to announce that “The Parallel State” / “Statul paralel” short, written and directed by Octav Chelaru will be part of the Pardi di domani Official Competition at the Locarno Film Festival. 

The short presents the story of Dan, a young security specialist that receives an ominous phone call from a high- profile client that triggers a game of unclear stakes, giving Dan the chance to make a name for himself.
