New project – looking for Romanian amateur actors

I’m happy to be part of a new feature film by the Romanian director Sebastian Mihailescu and produced by microFILM. In his words “every film he makes is a confession” this being why he always searches for themes he can truly resonate with. His film is a drama, an absurd comedy with accents of pitch black, revealing the human condition when facing death, losing balance and control. Sebastian plans on doing this movie with a cast consisting mainly of amateur actors. My task will be to find actors with strong, complex personalities. The main characters are: a vulnerable and sensitive late thirty old man and a strong, know-it-all, bossy, yet elegant mid forty old woman.
