Subtitle Festival – the meeting place for casting directors

Subtitle  Festival started in Kilkenny on November 25. A week of European film with one of the largest gatherings of casting directors and actors all in one city.

This year Stefan Iancu won the Best Newcomer award at the Subtitle Film Festival 2019. He played in the feature film One Step Behind the Seraphim by Daniel Sandu and since 2018 he plays one of the main characters in the very successful series Vlad.

Subtitle is a unique opportunity for European actors to meet with casting directors and filmmakers, and to establish relationships that will last well beyond the festival itself.
